New Features

• New publish step RemoveOldRepodataStep removes repodata older than 14 days at the end of publish operation. Configure this behavior with these options remove_old_repodata_threshold and remove_old_repodata.

• Add support for yum repo_gpgcheck=1, enabled via the gpg_sign_metadata option to the Yum distributor config.
