New Features
------------

* Permission change for /var/lib/pulp to be able to run Pulp 3, see `4948 <https://pulp.plan.io/issues/4948>`_, `4949 <https://pulp.plan.io/issues/4949>`_
* Performance improvement for publication of ISO content.
* Set an appropriate `User-Agent` header for http downloads.
* Added `proxy_port` and `proxy_host` config settings for client tools to
  facilitate the use of anonymous proxy.

Upgrade instructions
--------------------

Upgrade using the normal process::

    $ sudo systemctl stop httpd pulp_workers pulp_resource_manager pulp_celerybeat pulp_streamer goferd
    $ sudo yum upgrade
    $ sudo -u apache pulp-manage-db
    $ sudo systemctl start httpd pulp_workers pulp_resource_manager pulp_celerybeat pulp_streamer goferd

``pulp_streamer`` and ``goferd`` should be omitted if those services are not installed.
